Already fraying on third use? Very fragile rope that's allegedly super durable nylon. That's not even the worse one that is fraying.
I really like the attachment but it may need to be R&D further

Absolutely awful quality. Used it once and it fraying. The rope feels like slick nylon.

additionally, only one attachment ring so you have to switch it out to use the different sizes. Why?

don't waste of money. it's going in the bin

Fantastic addition to the mix. Both sizes are very useful…strapping in and having the rope lock around the wrist allows a better focus on muscle recruitment for what you really want to focus on. Got them for my flywheel setup so I couldn’t slip grip with high intensity and I found myself using them for much much more

great

love the quality and durability of the rope!

Really sturdy rope but really soft on the hands... and like everything else they sell, high quality materials. Comes with 2 ropes, the long one is long enough to do any mobility work you can think of.
